What happens next
Here’s how we’ll work with you once your application is in.

A caseworker reaches out
We treat every application as urgent. Most are picked up the same day, and a caseworker will contact you to start working on your case.

You work together
Your caseworker tells you what information is needed and helps you gather it. This takes as long as it takes. If anything more is needed, they’ll come back to you.

Review and outcome
Your caseworker brings the completed case to our review team. If approved, assistance is disbursed. We may come back with questions, and if we’re unable to help, we’ll point you toward other resources.
